It is conveniently located on the private groomed Pioche ski trail with access to the Deer Valley gondola and the entire Deer Valley Resort, which was voted the #1 ski resort in North America by SKI magazine readers in 2008 and again in 2009. The home also features a ski prep room with ski storage, full bath and large dry sauna. When you are not skiing down the magnificent runs of Deer Valley Resort, enjoy the outdoor Jacuzzi overlooking the private ski trail with panoramic views beyond. In addition, the home features a large mirrored exercise room with a recumbent bike, stair master and state of the art Precor weight machine. The home is comprised of three levels, making it ideal for multiple families to enjoy together. This home has every amenity you could want and is located within minutes of Park City's historic Main Street with world class dining and shopping. In addition, the home is five minutes from the Jordanelle Reservoir, a 3,000 acre freshwater lake with boating, water skiing and fishing. Other exciting outdoor activities such as fly fishing, mountain biking, golf and the 2002 Olympic Village are located nearby. Park City Utah is a great winter or summer destination!
